    Great start to a new you! I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and I have more pains now if I don’t go! Most of my exercises are done in water due to arthritis. It lightens the stress on joints. I no longer take meds for HBP and feel so much better. I wish you all the best in this journey.

    • I am going to rely on your support and “war stories from the exercise world” to see me through. This is my first time using a gym. I did do Sweating to the Oldies back in the 90s for a while, and that worked! It is just hard to maintain doing it from home when so many other home life issues continue to steal your time!
